Events and Public Engagement

Promoting public health through local initiatives

As part of the “Vacanze in Salute” (Healthy Holidays) program, the Veneto Orientale Local Health Authority (ULSS 4) carries out an annual plan of public events aimed at raising awareness, providing information, and promoting health. These activities, organized primarily during the summer along the coastline, combine public health prevention goals with efforts to enhance the area as a safe and informed tourist destination.

  • Promoting good prevention practices among tourists and local residents

  • Enhancing public awareness of health safety and emergency preparedness

  • Integrating health communication into territorial promotion, in synergy with local authorities, law enforcement agencies, and the tourism sector
